Short Stack: 10 Extra Special Pancake Recipes
Today is National Pancake Day, and I wanted to pay tribute to America’s favorite breakfast. So, in honor of the flapjack, here is “short stack” of some of my favorite pancake recipes and treats! Enjoy!!
I found this recipe for cinnamon roll pancakes over at Recipe Girl. Seriously….mixing fluffy pancakes and a cinnamon roll (and frosting!) Yes please!
3. Bacon Pancakes
I found this vintage advertisement for Aunt Jemima pancake mix, and longed for simpler times….when people had the ingenuity and lack of respect for heart disease to derive such a tasty breakfast concoction….I think we need to bring back the bacon-cake….and soon….
Wouldn’t it be fun to make these for your child’s birthday breakfast? (Or you know, on a random Tuesday?)

I found this recipe over at Lauren’s Latest, and thought it sounded like such a homey and delicious breakfast!

Have a breakfast fit for “the king.” With a nod to Elvis, these pancakes come chock full of peanut butter and peanut butter chips, and are topped with bananas. Thank you, thank you very much. =)
