I love the simplicity of this recipe. It is fool-proof, budget friendly, and even tastes good enough to serve to company! (I’ve even had company ask for the recipe!)
Ingredients:
Frozen chicken breasts or tenders (As in most of the recipes I will post, use the amount that is right for your family and/or use what you have)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes (You can use the plain diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, or the tomatoes with garlic and onions added)
1 package spaghetti seasoning
noodles of your choice
Place the frozen chicken breasts in your crockpot. (How much do I love that you don’t even have to thaw them first?!) Dump in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes (juice and all). Stir in the spaghetti seasoning. Doesn’t get much easier than that! Cook on low-medium heat for about 4-6 hours (crockpot cooking times vary.) Right before you are ready to serve, prepare your noodles. Top the noodles with the chicken and sauce, and enjoy! (You can either attempt to leave the chicken whole, or shred it up into the sauce.)
This is a very tasty and easy meal to make!
