Today I am cooking up a super-easy, and super-tasty dip for Superbowl Sunday! This is my second recipe in the Superbowl Snack Series, and I KNOW you will love it! I got this recipe from my awesome niece Megan, and it is perfect for game day, or your next party. Instead of putting out the boring old Ranch or onion dip, or even the tried and true spinach dip, opt for this warm, gooey, cheesy, spicy chicken dip!
Ingredients:

1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (You can add more chicken if you would like a thicker dip.)

1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 8 oz. brick of cream cheese

1-2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

To prepare:

Mix together cream cheese and wing sauce over low heat until smooth. Add in your dressing. (If you prefer a spicier dip, add a little less dressing.) Gently fold in the shredded chicken. Spread in an 8×8 pan or small oven-safe casserole. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

This dip is AWESOME with tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, carrots and celery sticks, or bread rounds. (Or, if we’re being honest, by the spoonful!)

You have got to try this fun new dip for your next get-together. Everyone will love it and think you are a culinary genius. Happy dipping everyone!
