Ahh the Oreo ….Who can resist that tempting little cookie? Are you a dunker? A twister? Do you STILL lick the middle? Oreo cookies are turning 100 and I wanted to take a few minutes to wish America’s favorite cookie a very happy birthday. Today, I am going to share a handful of my favorite Oreo recipes with you. But first, I just HAD to share this piece of Oreo nostalgia with you. (Because honestly, whenever anyone says the word Oreo, I can’t help but sing this song in my head….talk about a great ad campaign!)

I use Oreo cookies in TONS of my favorite dessert recipes. From pie crusts to cheesecake filling to the hands down best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had, Oreos were the key ingredient. Here are a few of my favorite OREO recipes!

1. Cookies and Cream Bundt Cake

This is one of my creations that simply makes a cake mix a bit more special. This is SUPER easy, delicious, and definitely company worthy!

2. Striped Delight

We LOVE this dessert at our house. Oreo cookies make the perfect crust for this deliciously layered treat. I mean really, Oreos, cream cheese, and pudding? How can you go wrong?

3. Oreo Cookie Balls

Want to impress your friends? Looking for a great little hostess gift or  the perfect addition to a dessert buffet? These little Oreo truffles are so easy, and SOO good. (I mean, addictively good!)

4. Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookie Cake

I almost feel like I’m giving away a great family secret on this one….This is seriously one of my hands-down, all-time favorite desserts. EVER. Make it. Make it now.

5. Dirt Cups

Once in awhile, moms just need to make a dessert that is extra special for the kids. Crushed Oreo cookies comprise the “dirt” in this classic kid-favorite dessert.

6. Oreo and Fudge Ice Cream Cake

My husband has asked for this dessert for occasions like Father’s Day and his birthday. Super good. Store bought ice cream sandwiches make this layered dessert a cinch to put together.

7. Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh.My.Word. These are insane. Seriously, your life will change. Eat them warm, and be prepared to eat a lot…..

Happy Birthday Oreo!! Here’s to another 100 years!
