School is back in full swing, we’re settling into a routine, and I can pretend there is a nice chill in the air. Fall is the perfect time to start menu planning. There is something about this season that beckons me to the kitchen, and makes cooking dinner less of a chore.  Like last week, I will once again be posting what we are actually eating this week.

Meal-planning takes the hassle out of cooking for me. I don’t mind the cooking…I just don’t like thinking up what to make! I love knowing that everything is already planned out, the ingredients are in the fridge, and I don’t have to throw something together at the last minute! I hope this resource at the very least, gives you a new idea or two, and gets  you out of your dinner rut!
