Time for another weekly meal planner….and yes, I’m a day late. I’ve been striving to find a bit more balance in my life. Towards that end, I wasn’t as obsessive over the site yesterday, and spent more time with the kids and my husband. One handy tool that really helped me keep that balance, was my monthly meal planner. I was able to simply walk over to the fridge, look at the menu, and see what I’d planned out for the evening meal. I knew without question that we had all the ingredients necessary on hand, and could simply start cooking. No stress. No frantic pantry searching. No digging through the freezer praying we have a protein other than soup bones. Meal planning ladies….is a glorious thing.
