I order the same sub every time we eat at Subway. I’m a creature of habit, and know what I like. However, after trying Subway’s new Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, I think I have another sandwich to enter into my rotation. This sandwich was DELICIOUS and you need to hurry into your local Subway before this limited time sandwich is gone!
You are going to LOVE this new limited-time offer to the FRESH FIT™ menu – the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. With tender, slow-cooked pulled chicken smothered in an irresistible sweet and smoky BBQ sauce, this sandwich is BIG on flavor, but surprisingly low-fat. I loaded mine up with veggies and topped it with provolone cheese. It was excellent on Honey Oat (my favorite!) bread. It was SOO good! The bbq sauce was sweet and tangy with just a hint of smoke. The chicken was high-quality, tender, and oh so good! This sandwich tasted like I’d been slow-cooking the chicken in my crockpot all day. It’s the perfect warm-weather sandwich.
Of course, no trip to Subway would be complete without a round of Fresh Fit meals for the kids. They love having a sandwich made to order and I love feeding them food I can feel good about! Subway has become my go-to quick-service restaurant….especially on days when time and/or my patience is running short. Who knew quick food could taste so good and provide healthy options?
Stay connected with Subway on Facebook and follow on Twitter for more updates! And feel free to check out the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich, which is currently the $6 FOOTLONG™ Special, on Subway’s website.

My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch!
I’m a creature of habit also. My usual sub is the Subway Melt….sometimes I’ll get the ham and turkey though
Spicy italian
I like turkey on whole wheat.
Either the Roast Beef, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, or Turkey Breast (depends on my mood) – any of these on white or roasted garlic, occasionally whole wheat if I’m being good!
