1. Springtime Poke-Cake Cupcakes
Poke cake takes me back to my childhood. Mix and match the flavor of your cake and JELL-O to create a taste that YOUR family will love. I love how taking two simple add-ons like coconut and bunny marshmallows can turn an ordinary cupcake into something special and just right for the holidays.
Who doesn’t love individual desserts? A piece of licorice, some coconut, and a few jellybeans turn an ordinary mini cheesecake into a festive Easter dessert.
This is my favorite way to use up all of those brightly colored Peeps that seem to invade our home around Easter-time. Quick, easy, and a sure-fire way to make your kids smile.
4. Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs
Buckeyes are a favorite around our house at the holidays. I came up with these eggs, as
an excuse a way to enjoy these in the spring.
These are a lot of fun to make – although it can be a bit tricky to get the green carrot tops in! (My kids were happy with plain orange carrots!) Fill the “gardens” with frosting or chocolate pudding. These are also a great snack to make if you will be planting a vegetable garden with your kids.
How adorable is this?! Without much effort or prep work, you can have an adorable veggie tray for your Easter brunch.
Birds nest cookies are a must at Easter. I loved the addition of the Peeps in these sweet little nests.
Dipped strawberries transform to create these adorable garden-themed treats.
9. Nutter Butter Easter Chicks
My kids recently made these and absolutely loved them! This would be a fun treat for kids to make on Easter.
Bound to put a smile on your child’s face.
A fun and colorful twist on the classic deviled egg.
Easter candies meet tasty blonde brownies in this delicious and festive treat.
Surprise your kids with these on Easter morning!
Let’s be honest – grown-ups can use a bit of whimsy and fun too.
Sugar cookie cups filled with tasty lemon mousse? Yes please!
21. Rice Krispie Surprise Eggs
You’ve likely seen these on tv – so why not make them this year?
While the recipe calls for carrot cake, this would be delicious with a coconut or white cake as well.
Quick, cute, and easy – these would be so much fun for the kids at your Easter celebration.
24. Easter Chick Marshmallow Pops
Who doesn’t love a marshmallow on a stick?
I love this simple take on a “bird’s nest” cookie. Easy yet adorable.
Happy Easter everyone!
