Last night, my family and I had the privilege of seeing Marvel Universe Live! at the Moda Center in Portland Oregon. This was a non-stop action-packed thrill ride of a show! There were motorcycle stunts, pyrotechnics, incredible flying stunts, and SO much more!
My kids have been playing The Avengers for weeks now, and it was SO much fun to watch them see their favorite heroes in action. There is nothing like watching The Avengers assemble before your eyes. One by one, all of your favorite Marvel heroes take the stage, coming together in a group effort to save 2 of the X-Men and defeat Loki and his band of just about every super-villain in Marvel history.
Each of the The Avengers (along with Spiderman and Wolverine!!) have their moment to shine – highlighting exactly what you love about them. You’ll get to see Thor take down members of the Sinister Six with his magic hammer (inside the Statue of Liberty!) You’ll get all of the wit and quips from Iron Man, the aerial tricks from Spiderman (and a fight scene with the Green Goblin!!!), and you’ll even get to see the Hulk doing what he does best…smashing! (The audience went WILD the first time the Hulk appeared!)
The Avengers split off into four teams – three to re-claim the pieces of the destroyed Tesseract, and one to save the two members of the X-Men captured by Loki. The show follows each of these teams on their heroic quest -with amazing stunts and effects all along the way.
The cast is incredible and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to see all of your Marvel favorites in action!
