The holidays are right around the corner. One of my favorite gifts to give is books!! Each year my kids receive a “Something to Read” gift, as well as multiple books in their stocking. This year, I’m excited to give them books from National Geographic Kids. (And I know they’re going to LOVE them!!)

ABOUT NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS

National  Geographic Kids is the #1 publisher of nonfiction books for kids, producing more than 100 titles per year. From board books to leveled readers to almanacs to their wildly popular Weird but True series, they’ve got books for every young reader on your list. With a goal of teaching young people about the world and how it works, National Geographic produces scientific, educational, and high-interest books for kids of all ages.

I was able to preview three of their new titles, all of which are recommended for kids ages 8-12. Each of these books is high-interest, engaging, and presents TONS of information in a creative way. Kids will spend hours poring over the pages, taking in the beautiful images, facts, and captions. There is so much to learn and discover in the pages of these books.

Find fascinating knowledge nuggets on all kinds of cool topics, from bubble gum and ice cream to the outer space and the North Pole! This book offers hours of unplugged fun for curious kids who love to be the trivia expert in the family. (Ages 8-12)
