Christmas is just around the corner – and if you’re anything like me, you’re ready to do your shopping. So often, gift guides focus on kids. Bloggers are recommending the hottest toys and latest products for kids and tweens. This year, I wanted to do a list of unique gifts for the women in your life. I wanted to think outside the “sweater and scarf.”

From a Gilmore Girls cookbook to a muffin top pan – this list has a little of this and a little of that – and my hope is it will spark a fun idea for someone on your list. Happy shopping and happy holidays!!

This and That:

Vellabox: Artisan Candle Subscription Box

Vellabox is a unique subscription box featuring curated, seasonal candles delivered monthly. These candles are absolutely beautifully packaged, smell divine, and are so much fun to receive. They have 3 different boxes, priced at $10, $20, and $30 per month. I received the $30 box, and got an 8 oz. candle, a 4 oz. candle, and a Kashi bar.

Coloring Journal

Adult coloring books are all the rage right now, but I love the added twist of a journal. Get the best of both worlds and tackle stress through coloring AND writing. I’ve included a link to a spiritual and non-religious option.

Add some premium colored pencils to round out your gift?

Essential Oil Diffuser

EVERYONE is talking about essential oils -and so many women want to try them, but are skeptical or turned off by the price of the leading brand’s starter kit. Gifting someone a diffuser is a great way to introduce them to oils or allow them to try a few without the upfront cost. We have three of the above diffuser and absolutely love it.

Gift the diffuser with a 6 pack of essential oils! (This is the brand I personally use.)

Alex and Ani Bracelet (They have SO many cute ones, but I loved this sand-dollar one!)

Alex and Ani Disney Bracelet (Again, SO many to pick from, but I am highlighting the Mickey.)

Dooney and Burke Bag (I’m a total sucker for this Vintage Mickey bag!)

Media:

Downton Abbey Complete Series

Gilmore Girls Seasons 1-7

Kitchen Essentials (That are Actually FUN To Get!):

Cast Iron Skillet

Dutch Oven (This is the Dutch Oven I own, and I absolutely LOVE it!)

French Press

Fun Bakeware (This is the Pioneer Woman’s Ruffled Bakeware – SO cute!!)

Muffin Top Pan (I use mine all the time – great for cookies too!!)

Donut Pan

Fun Reads:

The Magnolia Story (A must for fans of Chip and Jo!)

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them

A Game of Thrones Boxed Set

Outlander

Wine Folly: The Essential Guide to Wine

Self-Care:

Stainless Steel Water Bottle (Love mine and take it everywhere!)

Microwavable Neck Wrap

“Luxury” Items:

A gift card/certificate for a massage

A night away at a semi-local hotel by herself

*I’ve had several friends take a solo mini vacation – and they absolutely loved it. They booked a room at the beach (about a 2 hr. drive from home) and took an armload of books, DVD’s, etc. and enjoyed peace and quiet. A great idea for a mom who could use a break and wouldn’t mind traveling alone.

A night away for 2

*Many women would rather have an experience than a “thing.” If you’re stuck for an idea, arrange childcare and book a night away for her and her spouse/partner.

Fossil Bag (There are so many incredible bags out there, but I’ve always had a thing for Fossil bags. Definitely on my “dream list!”)

Happy shopping everyone!!
