Last night, my family and I got to see Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes at the Moda Center in Portland. My kids had no idea where we were going – and when they figured it out, our car erupted into cheers and screams. My Marvel fans were THRILLED.
As soon as the lights went down, my five year old whispered to me, “Ohhh this is so exciting!” She went on to cheer and clap for her favorite heroes. I kept watching my older kids during the show – and loved seeing their eyes light up or catching them excitedly whispering to each other about how cool something was.
The show featured not only the Avengers, but the beloved Guardians of the Galaxy made their debut performance – making Age of Heroes the ultimate “cross-over” event for Marvel fans. Featuring stunning video effects, pyrotechnics, amazing aerial stunts, motorcycles, martial arts, and the same wit and banter fans love in the comics and movies, Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes provided fans an opportunity to root on their favorite characters as they engaged in an epic adventure – right before their eyes!
Our family loved the show. Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes is a fun and unique entertainment experience that your family is sure to enjoy. I urge all Marvel fans to catch Marvel Universe Live! the next time it comes through your city!!
