A few years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Custom WoodWorks, when they provided the wooden letters for my son’s name for his nursery. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, as well as their friendly service, and was delighted to work with them again. I was able to review a set of their Unfinished Wooden Alphabet Letter Set .These alphabet letters are SO much fun and really have helped to create a kid-friendly space.
I love that you can really turn this set of letters into a completely customized work of art. With your choice of paint, you can transform your letters into something that looks tailor-made for your room. Plus, this is easy! Customizing and finishing your letter set is truly a DIY project that ANYONE can do! Trust me….If I could do it, so can you! I am quite proud to say that I completed the entire process from start to finish without any help.
First, I picked up 3 cans of spray paint that coordinated with the decor of my playroom. I chose orange, white, and ivy green. After spraying my letters, I began looking for a way to hang my letters. After one fail, I found the perfect way to hang my letters…3M doubled-sided foam tape. Worked like a charm, and my letters will stay on the wall even in a room built for play!

I am in love! I love the bit of literacy this adds to our playroom. I love that my kids are learning that letters and words are meaningful. Having the alphabet hang on my wall , especially as a teacher and writer feels natural. My two youngest children will have the opportunity to learn their letters each day as they play. These letters would compliment any playroom, nursery, or child’s bedroom perfectly….especially when your creativity and the quality work from Custom WoodWorks and CustomWoodenLetters.com!
The set comes with a full alphabet and one ampersand. I love that the letters come in a variety of sizes and fonts. They are fun, playful, and exactly the piece of art I’d been looking for to finish our playroom. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
You can purchase a set of these incredibly adorable and versatile alphabet letters HERE. One of you have the opportunity to WIN a set of these high-quality whimsical letters. You’ll love them!
